Q1. Can this fabric be used against bare skin?

Yes. It is knitted from 100% polyester and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, so it is suitable for seating, bedding, baby products and medical applications where the fabric contacts the skin.

Yes. Dyeing and finishing are carried out in our own Huaian plant, so we can match any Pantone or physical swatch reference. Grey, white and lotus pink are shown in the product gallery as reference colourways.

Q3. What thickness and width can you supply?

From 1.5 mm to 40 mm in thickness and 110 cm to 260 cm in width. Mid-range thicknesses are most common for seating and cushions, while thicker constructions are typical for mattress cores. Tell us your end use and we will recommend a suitable construction.

Q4. Will the fabric deform or shrink after washing?

The 3D structure is heat-set during production to stabilise the pile layer and help control residual shrinkage. Because every order has its own construction and finishing, we recommend confirming your washing and shrinkage requirements with our team before mass production.

Yes. Our home textiles base develops 3D mattresses, 3D pillows, cushions and border products, and because dyeing and finishing are in-house we can deliver cut-and-sewn finished items as well as greige or dyed rolls.
