Our DF1107BI big-hole air mesh fabric is a 100% polyester warp-knitted spacer fabric developed for bedding, mattress, automotive, bag and footwear applications. Unlike a standard fine mesh, the face of this article is built with large circular perforations of roughly 3 to 5 mm, backed by a fine hexagonal micro-mesh.

That two-layer design delivers two things at once. The large openings give the surface a distinctive, premium look with strong visual depth, which is what makes the article stand out on a finished mattress, seat or bag panel. Behind them, the fine micro-mesh acts as a second breathability layer while helping to contain dust and filling materials, so the fabric stays practical as well as decorative.

The article is supplied at 250 to 320 GSM and is dyed to order. The shades shown in our gallery are light khaki, white, dark brown and light blue, and other colours can be matched to your swatch. The fabric is breathable, eco-friendly and quick-drying, and it is knitted on the same double needle bar warp knitting lines we use for our full 3D spacer range.
